Emanuel and Mihaela opened the shop in Roeselare in 2018, a year after their marriage. Characterized by their decisive drive, with a sense of individuality and their hearts in the right place, the business quickly grew into unprecedented success. They conduct business with the same values they grew up with: hard work, honesty, and integrity. And always with pride and respect for their Romanian roots and the history of the pretzel in their homeland.
